We know that once you have placed your order, you can't wait for delivery! At Bonbonniere.com.au, our dispatch department are very proud of their speed and efficiency. Your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible after receiving payment. Credit Card payments come through immediately and direct deposits the day after payment. Money Orders are processed as received.

We aim to have your goods dispatched within 2 days of payment. Out of stock items and personalized items do take longer so please allow up to 14 days. If an item is required in less than 14 days please check ahead as orders cancelled in the 14 day period will attract a $10.00 cancellation fee.

Sometimes there are delays beyond our control - we will email you if we think that your order won't be sent within the 14 day period. You can check your Customer Account at any time to see when your order was sent by logging in to our Shopping Cart system.

Postal Charges
Postal charges are calculated automatically by our Shopping Cart system according to the product weight and destination using Australian Post Distance Charges for both Domestic and International deliveries.

Melbourne, 1 to 3 days
Sydney, 2 to 5 days
Tasmania, 3 to 6 days
Adelaide, 3 to 6 days
Darwin, 4-6 days
Brisbane, 3 to 6 days
Perth, 4 to 6 days
Newcastle, Townsville..other regional centres approximately 3 to 6 days


Large parcels are delivered using Australia's Post's Receipted Delivery  service for your security. Using Receipted Delivery means that you will need to sign for your package and it will not be left at your letterbox by Australia Post if you are not home, and that lost packages can be tracked by Australia Post.

Small parcels are delivered using Australia Post's reliable Parcel Post service, and may be left at your premises in accordance with Australia Post's "Safe Drop Parcel Delivery" policy.

Guaranteed next day delivery is available with Express Post at current Australia Post rates.  Only items that are currently in stock can be guaranteed for next day delivery.  Out of stock items and personalization services do require up to 14 days processing time before dispatch.

Most orders are received by our customers within 2-6 days. Remote areas within Australia may experience a longer than usual delivery time which unfortunately is outside of our control.

Should there be any delay we will contact you by email. You can check on your Customer Account to see when your order was shipped.

Optional Additional Postage Fees for Australian Orders
You may wish to consider the additional security of Insurance for your order. Please note that all care is taken in packaging your order securely, however we do not take any responsibility for loss or damage during delivery.

Express Post
If you would like to receive a quotation for Express Post, please select express postage during checkout, postage cost is calculated and displayed.

Insurance
Parcels must be Registered to be insured - $2.35 plus $1.05 per $100 or part thereof in excess of $100.

International Delivery

Please note unfortunately due to the high cost, we cannot extend our occasional FREE SHIPPING specials to international orders.

Our international customers will receive their goods by Air Mail unless other arrangements have been made. Air Mail is the quickest delivery, taking up to 10 days from receipt at our post office. Economy is slightly cheaper but may take a few weeks, while Sea Mail is the cheapest option but may take 2-3 months. If you would like to receive a quotation for Economy or Sea Mail, please indicate this in the Comments field of your order. Should any import duties or taxes be incurred this will be the responsibility of the receiver. Postage Fees are at Australia Post rates.
