Returns Policy

At Bonbonniere.com.au, we want to you to be happy with your purchase from our store. We advise that you choose carefully before ordering but we understand that sometimes things just turn out the way you thought.

OUR RETURNS POLICY:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, colour or style - no problem, so long as the item is in as new condition and is returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

  • If you have changed your mind, refunds are not issued when you simply change your mind but we will gladly replace the item with another from our range of equal value. Postage costs will not be refunded. If item is purchased during free delivery offer, refund will be made minus the cost of postage. A restocking fee of $20 will apply and any claims must be made within 14 days.If you wish to cancel before your order is sent, an administration fee of $10.00 applies to cover transaction fees incurred.

  • If there is a breakage or manufacturing fault with the item, advise us within 14 days and we will offer a replacement item for any damaged or faulty goods.

  • If your order is missing items, advise us withing 14 days and we will offer our sincere apologies and send you the missing items.


    If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us and mention that you would like to contact the Returns/Exchanges Dept.  Any claims must be made within 14 days of purchase.
