Plan ahead to avoid disappointment!

In your planning remember to consider busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, public holidays, post office delays and other factors that are outside of our control but which may affect the delivery time of your parcel.

We dispatch all large orders using Australia Post's Receipted Delivery service so they can be tracked and accounted for, but we can't control what happens to them after they are lodged at the post office. See our conditions of use.

We advise you to double check your delivery address and if you are planning a wedding, please get in early! It's great to secure your bonbonniere and other wedding accessories as soon as your guest numbers are confirmed.

If you are having your bonbonniere delivered to your work address, please also include your company name with your shipping address to avoid your delivery being 'returned to sender'.

The majority of our orders are despatched in 24-48 hours but there may be occasional stock shortages, and some of our exclusive items are shipped from Italy and may take up to 14 days for delivery.
