Login or Browse as a Visitor
Bonboniere.com.au requires you to have cookies enabled on your browser. When you enter our online shop for the first time or from a different computer to usual, log-in and registration options are available - please note that visitors are most welcome to browse the online shop without registering any details.

Visitor's Cart
Every visitor to our online shop will be given a visitor's cart. This allows the visitor to store their products in a temporary shopping cart. Once the visitor leaves the online shop, the contents of their shopping cart will be discarded.

Member's Cart
Every member to our online shop that logs in is given a member's cart. This allows the member to add products to their shopping cart, and either proceed to checkout or come back at a later date to finalise their checkout. All products remain in their shopping cart until the member has checked them out, or removed the products themselves. Please note that products will not be reserved for you until you have been through the complete checkout process.

 Security and Privacy

In order to provide you with our services, such as delivery pricing and allowing you to purchase with a credit card, it is necessary for us to collect a few details about you. All of the personal information we collect to activate your profile is considered strictly confidential. Navigating through the Shop
Click on the category names that run across the top of your screen to be taken to each section, where you will find a products list, a picture of each product and product information. Click the name of the product you are interested in for additional information, a larger picture and to choose the required size if applicable.

Browse by price
Click on All Products and then click the sort by drop down box and select the price option

Browse by item
On the right hand side of the page is a drop down box under the title "browse by item". You can use this to view a selection of particular items.

Placing and Tracking an Order
When you find a product you would like to order, choose the colour and other options if applicable, then click the Add to Cart button - a quantity of one will automatically appear. If you require more than one, simply change the quantity and click on the Update button.

The box on the right hand side of your screen will then show the items in your shopping cart and your order total.

At any time you can click on the Cart Contents link at the top of the screen and make any adjustments to quantities or delete items from your Cart without purchasing them. Make sure you click the Update button to update your Cart before continuing.

You can then choose to Checkout or continue shopping. The items you have ordered and total cost will continue to be displayed on the right of the screen, updated with any additions you make.

You will then be asked to confirm your preferred payment method (Paypal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or Money Order) and confirm the delivery option  the system will automatically calculate the delivery charges based on your location according to Australia Post charges. You will receive an email notification of your order shortly after completing your order. If you do not receive this confirmation, please let us know as your email address may have been entered incorrectly and we will be unable to contact you.

You will receive an automatic email notification to confirm that your payment has been received and again when your order has been sent.

Please note that items purchased via Bank Transfer or Money Order cannot be held indefinitely. Payment is required within 5 days of the order date to avoid the items being re-listed for sale.

At any time after placing your order, you can click on My Account to view your order status as well as your order history and the status of your current order (Payment Received, Processing, Backorder, Despatched). You can change your account details at any time.

Delivery Options
All Australian orders are shipped through Australia Post Parcel Post delivery. Registered Post and Insurance is available at additional costs as per Australia Post set fees. Please note that all parcels are sent standard Parcel Post unless the appropriate additional fees accompany payment. International orders will be charged at the relevant postage rate. Browsing using a different Currency
International customers can view currency conversions on any page by selecting the currency required from the drop down menu at the bottom right of the screen. Please note that payment can be made in Australian or US Dollars.

Pricing Errors
All orders are checked and verified as soon as possible. In the event that an incorrect postage charge has been selected or if a system related error has occured such as incorrect price reporting/display that affects the total amount of payment due, you will be notified by email as soon as possible prior to your order being delivered.
