Layby Policy

Layby is great if you have found the perfect item, but won't know your final numbers for some time. We can't always guarantee how long any item will be available and we'd hate for you to be disappointed if we ran out of stock.

How does it work?
Simply place all the items you like into your cart, and go through the purchase process as you would if you were ready to buy. Use the maximum number of items you might need, and make a note in the comment box that you would like to layby these items. Checkout using the Direct Deposit or Money Order payment option, then pay a 20% deposit to secure your layby. If you would prefer to use your credit card to pay the deposit you can call us and pay over the phone.

Once your final numbers have been confirmed, you can let us know how many items you need and we will adjust your order and let you know the final balance left to pay. Once final payment is received we will ship your order immediately.

Why would I want to use layby?
With weddings it can be hard to know how many guests to cater for. With our layby option you can be sure to only buy as many items as you will need for your confirmed guest numbers.

Sometimes we might have your favourite items in stock, but by the time you wait to find out your final numbers stock could run out! By placing a layby you reserve the items you want and guarantee their availability.
